Notes:	1) All built under order No. 946501.
	2) Oddly, even though the demonstrators were built four months before the rest, they have the
same order number as the production units and are numbered following them.
	3) CSX 801 reportedly received fire damage around the time of the split and was renumbered when
repainted, and thus never wore Conrail Quality paint while CSXT 801. 801 was the only one to
receive the CSX YN2 paint scheme
	4) Before the new NS paint scheme was adopted, the following units received the former scheme:
	   7202, 7204, 7213
	5) January 31, 2005: CSXT 806, 808, 809 involved in a derailment.
	6) October 8, 2005: CSXT 806 falls into Cumberland turntable pit.
	7) At the time of the 2007 CSX 2nd renumbering, the following SD80MAC's were still Conrail blue:
	   805/4595, 807/4597, 811/4601
	8) April 21, 2009: CSXT 4594 derails, falls onto side, becomes a parts source, later scrapped 1/2014 at Huntington.
	9) April 2011: NS 7206 throws a piston out its engine block, but is back in service later that summer.
       10) June 2011: CSXT 4591 was the only one to get YN2 paint and it was repainted to YN3 6/2011.
       11) NS 7216 was o/o/s from late 2011 to 5/12 with a major engine failure.
       12) CSXT 4598 repainted with boxcar logo 9/2014, the only 80MAC to get the boxcar logo.
       13) CSXT 4593 falls into the Russell, KY turntable pit sometime between 10/2007 and 3/2015. Do you know when this happened?
       13) 12/1/2014 announced that NS will get the 12 CSX 80MACs in return for 12 SD40-2s.
       14) 3/2015 NS/CSX finally trade SD40-2s for 80MACs, 12 for 12.
       15) November 18, 2016: NS 7210 suffers a major cab fire in South Fork, PA and is out of service.
       16) Horn data above is correct as of 3/2017.
       17) 11/2019: All 29 remaining units are placed in storage, most of them at Altoona.
       18) None of the 7200-7216 group ever received autostart/stop and none of the entire group ever received PTC equipment.
       19) A few of the SD80MACs were cycled through the overhaul line at the Juniata Shops in preparation for a future major
rebuild program for the units. The program was to start in 2019 and would have seen the units upgraded as SD80ACU
with new cabs, new wiring, FIRE displays to replace ICE, CCB2 air brake, Mitsubishi inverters replacing the Siemens,
and a boost in horsepower to 5500. Due to PSR, none of the units were ever rebuilt as such.
       20) 1/2020: All 29 units sold to CP and PRLX; shipment took several months. The CP units initially went to Winnepeg.
       21) A visit to Progress Rail Raceland 12/2021 strongly suggests several SD80MACs (ten) have already been scrapped
with more in progress. Many of the 20-710 engines are being harvested for marine use and combos saved for resale as well.
       22) The Conrail Historical Society attemped to save the gutted shell of an SD80MAC, but Progress Rail wanted $70,000.
As of 1/2022, the remaining 80MACs at Raceland have been cut up.
       23) We believe as of mid-1/2022 that units 7206 and 7227 may still mostly exist but are parted out by CP with the other four cut up
       24) A report on 1/21/22 states the six acquired by CP were still at Winnipeg not dismantled but this cannot be true as one or two have been seen parted out on a North Dakota shortline.
